Site Network Performance
We are experiencing periods of internet slowness. We're working now (Jan/Feb 2017) on some infrastructure upgrades which will improve a number of things for us long-term but might improve some of the slowness. The slowness is mostly a separate issue of network bandwidth to our location, which we're also working on. No ETA yet but we're doing our best.

Generally speaking, Ragnarök is up and being served on an “as available” basis. What does this mean? It means we are currently understaffed and don't have the ability to address many in-game issues you may run into. We will try as we can, but we wanted to leave the game up and running for those who have a nostalgic desire to visit the place once in a while.
